Our *-octavia jobs pull OpenStack SDK from PyPI and PyPI is still serving the 0.x.x series of the SDK because 1.0.0 has not been released yet. A recent commit bb25330d [1][2] broke compatibility to older SDK releases prior to 1.0.0 and since then our *-octavia job on our master branch is failing.
