User authentication (Front)
The objective of this MR is to provide an UI for authentication on F2D2 register portal. The suggested changes include :
- A functional Sign-In page with a new design based on nebular components
- A new Sign-Up page
- Due to authentication support, the homepage (now dashboard) is only accessible how when the user is signed in
